so while i was searching through the gta3.img files i found his specific txd and it was so easy to mod i was tempted to do it but i couldnt think of what to put in. so heres my first billboard mod, the main girls from dota 2. Lina, Crystal Maiden, and Wind runner/Wind ranger. you can find these billboards in LA hills, just north of the cemetary
