Remember remember the 5th of November. and im already late. i had this plan like months ago but i forgot to make the mod and dont even have the time to upload so here better late than ever, i replaced every spray tags and of course the big grafitti at east los santos ballas territory with the V for Vendetta logo. this is my second spray tags mod i uploaded i think, there are multiple files for this so you just have to replace the txd files with the same names
