To Install you need to install modloader and put the folder "foldernameoyourchoice" inside your modloader folder.
Then you can rename it how you want ou let the name it'll work too.

OR you can use the IMG EDITOR of your choice and replace each of the files by those inside the "foldenameoyyourchoice" folder.

PS : FOR THE RIFA TAG, IT IS BY DEFAULT AN UNUSED TAG REMOVED BY ROCKSTAR BEFORE THE GAME WAS AVAILABLE.
IF YOU WANT TO SEE IT INGAME I RECOMMEND YOU TO USE SOME MOD THAT PUT THE RIFA TAG BACK INTO THE GAME.
JUST SEARCH FOR "GTA SA RIFA TAG RESTORED" OR SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
YOU HAVE TO START A NEW GAME IF YOU'RE GOING TO USE ONE OF THOSE MOD.
YOU CAN SEE ALL OTHER TAGS OF COURSE WITHOUT MODS SO ITS UP TO YOU.
