Diversified Ped Cycle For Mobile

Diversified ped cycle for android:
Now peds will spawn intelligently based on class, region , and time. Peds are a bit random hence chances of seeing a ped twice are significantly reduced.
Installation:
Extract the zip file and copy/move the "popcycle.dat" to /Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data .
Make sure to back up your original popcycle.dat file in case you wish to remove the mod.
