This script makes steam come out of the player and the peds' mouth, but i modified it to work only on cold weathers (Cloudy, Rainy and Foggy weathers)

The author of this script is TR4V1S, I only modified it to add specific weathers for people who don't use snow mods. So it's pretty similar to GTA IV.
