Perfect San Andreas

*Perfect-SA* This mod makes lots of changes and fixes to make GTA San Andreas as "perfect" as possible:

-beta leftover fixes
-You now have the ability to wash your vehicle
-You can ride the tram in San fierro
-fixed smoke's car color
-beta nrg-500 model is restored, cause it looked way better

-Cj's Girlfriends have new models [Barbara,Michelle,Denise,Millie]
-Cutscene characters are now found in gameplay so now you wont suffer from problem of characters changing looks
-Introduction rosenberg and Salvatorie skins added as they looked way better than the original
-mission characters have special models [alan,freddy,grass,kane]

-Restored 2 unused GSF members which can only be seen in cutscene [Fam4,Fam5]
-Seville Boulevard Families added
-Temple Drive Families added
-added the italian mafia territory , +2 more skins for them which can be seen in cutscenes
-added 2 triad skins which can be seen in cutscenes , the fat and the fat one with mustache
-added rifa territory, fixed their colors to be dark blue. now they wont look like the aztecas gang no more
-added da nang boys territory

-changed ingame cellphone model to match the cutscene model
-bulllet shell sound are now present in the game, which is a small detail that rockstar missed
-cj wears the blue hoody at the begginging
-you can now rob 24/7 shop
-enabled unused detnator animation
-you can now change your clothes way faster

-poor peds now have different behaviours they now can be found sitting,drinking,vomiting,p*ssing
-poor peds will also look inside the trash bags
-peds now drive realistically
-health pickups can now be found at the hospitals
-added basket ball court fence
