Evil Girl Speedometer for GTA San Andreas!
As you can see in the pictures, Girl on this speedometer changes its appearance depending on the time of day—she becomes Evil at night and it changes all of the speedometer numbers.

Requirements: CLEO
Installation:
Place speed.cs into your cleo folder.
Move speed.txd to your GTASA/models/txd folder.
Enjoy!
