v2.0: Contains five Cleo-mods, all tested with Cleo 4. Containing few fixes.

Ignition: Allows you to enable/disable engine & lights.
Speedlimit: Driving too fast will give you wanted level.
Speedometer: Contains analog & digital speedometer with health display.
WantedLights: Driving in night-time without lights will give you wanted level.
Speedtest: Allows you to show your current speed at any time, on foot or in car. (v2.0 only!)

You're not allowed to modify or host any of these mods without
permission!
