iFlame ENB For Low PC

honestly it is a great enb but still 15 fps is not that acceptable though..

What you mean low-PC? I had hardcore 3fps with it. Without ENB about 30fps.

This work on 1.65 ghz?

Did you ask DKT70 for permission to use his effect.txt and Makarus for his enbpalette? I don't think so...
