ADDS 6 UNIQUE SPECIAL ABILITIES

OVERVIEW
Special ability stat meter - can increase with fast-paced activities
Ability can't be used at start of game, it requires some Special Ability stat to unlock it*
Ability bar to indicate how long you can activate ability
Activate and Deactivate Ability ability with CAPSLOCK*
In-game help that covers general info about the ability

*Adjustable in config

ABILITIES
There are 6 abilities you can install
- Slows down time
- Double weapon's damage
- Nullify any damage you receive
- Sharpen vehicle handling while slightly slows down time
- Maintain steady accuracy
- Gradually restores health

CONFIG
Config file included adjust many important features, make sure to take a look at it
