Okay so whoever is getting confused to this, let me clarify. No this is not fake and no this NOT "playing gta san andreas without game cache." this is Playing gta Sa with EXTRACTED game data (so that folders like anim, audio etc are visible) are placed in The obb folder instead of a single compressed ".obb"file.
The reason why you need to do this is to edit the game data folders for adding mods.
