This mod replaces Skin ID: 21 Skin Model Name: bmycr with a green shirt and no necklace plus he has a bit more light colored skin tone.
Before he had a blue shirt and a sliver necklace.

Just replace bmycr.dff and bmycr.txd in gta3.img with alci's img editor or img tool.
