INSTALLATION:
Put (Vice City Sweater for CJ) File in Modloader. (Easier for beginners)
OR
Open IMG Tool click "File" Tab and click on "Open". go to your game directory >> Models >> choose Player.img.
Then click on Commands tab, choose Replace, replace the files! DONE!

to wear this sweater go to sub-urban and wear (Rockstar Sweat)
