Glasses Color Overlay
Simple cleo that added colored overlay to the screen depending on the glasses that CJ wearing. like blue glasses will have blue overlay on the screen.

Added feature on Android version:
+ Another overlay for Eyepatch which is in folder "CLEO - Eyepatch"(optional)
+ Now every black glasses has their own value. for example the darkness on aviators glasses and the other black glasses is slightly different.
+ Added overlay for sun glasses which is in the original(pc) version doesn't has it.
