Phil "The Jester" Benedicto is the boss of the Junkyard Cartel right hand.

All of the Enemy call him The Jester because he was ex-member of a circus and have a Jester tattoo on his chest.

During in a mission that the Boss give to him, The Jester get betrayed by him right hand ****** and get killed. But, he doesn't get killed by the right hand because he know ****** will be betrayed him by the information that Park Raymond and Luke Harlemson gift to him.

Now, he serve all his life to Raymond as the right hand and want to revenge his right hand and his Boss because the right hand was get a order from the Boss to betray him.
