The mod adds an Army outfit for the character CJ. It is based on the standard police uniform, which has been edited.
You can get this outfit from Helena Wankstein or you can type this cheat: FVTMNBZ

Installation
Import the .dff and .txd files into the player.img
Replace the clothes.dat file in the data folder of your game.
Start the game and enjoy the Army outfit.
