This skin mod replaces biker (WMYCR.TXD) from gta3.img

How to install:
1. Open TXD Workshop (http://www.gtainside.com/download.php?do=comments&cat=251&start=&id=12124)

2. Find WMYCR.TXD
3.Open GTA3.IMG from gta sa install folder
4. Find WMYCR.TXD
5. Press import
6. Find the modified WMYCR.TXD (notorious logo)
7. Press save TXD.
