Psycho Bandit from Borderlands series by Gearbox Software skin for GTA San Andreas. Mesh and textures by ArmachamCorp, conversion to SA by Feisal AR.

You can replace any ped with this skin.

Installation:

1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "wmyst.txd" and "wmyst.dff" (You can replace any ped you want)
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive

It's quite memory consuming, so I recommend using Stream Memory Fix and IMG Limit Adjuster if you haven't use them.
