DIC Editor V0.4.5

A simple, faster editor for .dat/cfg/ide/zon/ped files for
GTA III, GTA: VC and GTA: SA.

Instructions on installing and using are inside the Read Me file. Note that it's still in it's early stages, so it may have a few bugs and what not. If you have any suggestions, feel free to email them to me at dmhellgates@hotmail.com
