DIC's intended to help you edit your files easily and quick, without any hassle. If you'd rather
just associate the files with notepad, then I really don't quite understand why you're viewing this
tool.

Installation is easy, simply move the editor into GTA SA's directory (where gta_sa.exe is located)
and run the tool. It will notify you if it's not inside the main directory, and it will disable
most of it's features to prevent any errors from occurring.
