Warning: This is a work in progress (WIP) mod, so read before installing the mod so you don't run into any problems.

Installation:
The "Absolute Vice Fixes" folder is the main one, extract it or drag it to your modloader folder.
The "neo fix for Skygfx" folder is for Skygfx, it will fix the missing xbox gloss effect on several streets in the game, and as a bonus it improves the brightness of the cars' neo reflections. Go to your skyfgx folder, go to the "neo" folder and replace the skygfx neo.txd with that of this mod (make a backup first if you prefer).

If you don't want to use LOD Vegetation, remove it from the folder, open the "generic.ide without lod vegetation" folder and extract the data folder, merging it with the mod's data folder, or just place generic.ide in the maps folder of the mod.

Required mods:
Open Limit Adjuster (normal or project2dfx);
Skygfx (Leave the options worldPipe=1, disableBackfaceCulling=1 and neoGlossPipe=1)

Comments:
The game itself has a lot of problems with save games when changing some files. Some details may just not work (fumes from air conditioning), or in the worst case, some parts of the map have notable bugs (such as buildings that are destroyed in missions, appearing in the wrong place). The mod has been tested so that it does not cause problems, but as it is still in development (editing files in the data folder), I recommend that you make a backup of your save game.
