Vice City Billboard with DE textures

This mod views Vice City Billboard. like a vanilla, but with DE texture and replacing old billboard at Vice City. Installation in the file and i hope you like it.

Update (26/12/2021) : Since i following new update of this game, there are 2 new textures is hotring and the russel hotel (Can look at SS).
