Liberty City Weather v1.0

It's a mod I've wanted to do for a long time, I love the weather of Gta 3
and I want to see it in other games. That's why I wanted to transfer it
to the Gta Vice City game, it was a little troublesome, but there is no
problem.

Installation:
Drop the files in the "Files" folder into
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\ by following these steps.
