This mod i've been working on for a while and this is one of my oldest mods that i've been creating. Before i started and released my very first mod which is Edited vice city peds version 1.

This mods add Custom wheels on Almost all the cars in the game to add some variety to the game.

In order for this mod to work you MUST AND I MEAN MUST install DMagic1 wheel mod! This mod allows vehicles mods with custom wheels for Vice City to have their special wheels displayed.
