How this mod works:

First, you need to play your game GTA Vice City. After starting the game, you can either load a game or start a new game.
You will not face any problems or errors. Once you are playing, no matter where you are in the game,
you need to type the cheat code "ANGEL." After typing this, an angel will appear in front of Tommy
and will ask you for three wishes. Pay close attention to what it asks. When it has asked everything,
if you want money, type "MONEY." The angel will give you money and then ask if you need anything else.
You will have three options: money, health, or guards. If you want guards, type "GUARD."
If you need health, type "HEALTH." If you don't need anything, simply type "NO," and the wishes will be canceled,
and the angel will disappear.
