Stealth and turn-based strategy feature has been introduced to the game;

How to install?
Copy all files and paste into GTA Vice City folder (clean folder)

The game didn't work. What should I do?

Search and download on google: " Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Original 1.0.exe (for Steam)" ;
Or Try running in 640x480 compatibility;
Or Set compatibility mode to Win98;
Or try to go in System Properties > Advanced > Performance settings > Data execution prevention > DEP > Add vc.exe.
