Copy all files from "Add In Game" Folder and paste in GTA Vice City.

Get All Random Colours In GTA Vice City.

If I sit inside any Vehicles in GTA Vice City,
the Car’s Colour will automatically start changing by itself.
Even if I get out of the Car and then sit back inside, the Car’s Colour will start changing again.
If I drive that Car on the streets of GTA Vice City or take it anywhere I want, its Colour will still keep changing
this is called All Random Colours Change Mod.
