This mod is to edit the original vehicle becomes shiny and new game without using ENB !!
- How to install:
Open: GTA Mod Install
Click: Continue
And select: Install a Mod (with a script file) to GTA3 or Vice City
And select: Next
And choose: I want to select the ZIP or RAR file mà has the mod's files.
And select the file path: VCR New Style Car
And select: Next
And choose the path GTA Vice City wants to install
And select: Next
OK !!

you can use different file to replace carcols.dat
How to change the colour? of the car? i mean i saw in garage we can change the colour??
