SNES Super Scope Mod V2

This mod adds the SNES Super Scope to Vice City. It replaces the Rocket Launcher. It has custom sounds and a custom HUD weapon icon. I learned how to convert weapons in 3DS Max to make this.

V2 changes:

- Removed an SFX that I discovered didn't require modifying in the first place.
- Fixed model to load the secondary texture.
