This Cleo Script will add additional car parks around the Liberty City,

Some cars will have alarms,

But because of the Memory Limit of the GTA III, there can not be too much car packs. Because of that, I couldn't do the same thing like I did in San Andreas.

There is a total of 20 car parks. And I can't update this, because I can't add more car parks. Else game will crash.
