Excellent Car Pack 2012

Very old car pack from far 2012 and for all this time one of my hard drives
kept it unfinished so i tried to do it just now... :)

this carpack almost close to gta4 lore
changed more than 80% of cars
small size just 239 mb so performance adapted
all models tested
handling not perfect maybe need some tweaks but stable

Sorry to authors of this models i do not remember noone almost, sad time is time but big thx !
