So i got the idea for this mod from hearing a Suzuki Address scooter and noticing it sounded similar to the dinghy boat in gta 4. so i decided to make this sound and i was very happy with it so i made this sound and in my view it improved the scooter's sound in gta 4. i hope you enjoy this mod more information is in the readme file.
