1, uninstall gta iv
2, install gta iv.
3, Update video card driver
4, install Net Framework 3.5
5, install NET Framework 4.0/4.5
6, install Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010,
7, Install Games for Windows Client and GFWL (This includes the GFWL)
8, Install gta iv Patch 1.0.7.0
9, My files, Windows Live folder copy to paste ; \Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\
10, uninstall GFWL, és Games for Windows Client
11, reinstall GFWL, és Games for Windows Client
12, copy to paste ; d3fx.dll and gtaiv.exe to gta iv main dictionary ( compatible orginal gtaivlauncher, and razor1911 gtaivlauncer)
13, install iCEnhancer 2.1
14, enjoy the game!
