Just cause 3 Crosshair for GTA 4

Install SparkIV

SparkIV : http://www.gta4-mods.com/tools/sparkiv-0623-for-gta-iv-v1004-f1824

Open up SparkIV, Select your game a the left top.
Go search for the textures file and open it, click import and select my file "hud.wtd"
Click save and you are ready to go :)
