You can export this model to Openformats and add any clothes you want to it.
Install: Rename the files to a ped model, and add them to pc\models\cdimages\componentpeds.img.
Optionally search up a tutorial on how to mix and match ped clothes to add additional clothes.
Model is from the original Hunt Down the Freeman files.
Protip: Change hair component to 1 in-game to remove hair.
