what if Michelle wore her IIA uniform in Grand theft auto 4 and replaced the fib in gta 4? introducing Michelle/Karen Daniels IIA agent it replaces the FIB ped with Michelle as a agent she will spawn in place of the actual fib the outfit is in the style of the fib outfit from gta 5 (sort of). the sky is the limit what can be done with this mod more information in the readme.
