This mod is based on Primusideus's Hi-Res Characters UPDATE v1.1 (Upscaled Mod).

Some textures were pretty realistic, but most of the original textures were too cartoonish for me. The upscaled face textures were used as a control net image and regenerated in A1111 with Stable Diffusion in the img2img tab. I replaced the character textures in the game and the cutscenes as well.
All main characters have changed, and some minor characters too.
