EFLC Russian Peds Pack for IV

Another little mod that adds the Russian goons from EFLC to the base game. Good thing is, since they are in fact the generic goons, they should spawn in cutscenes and as enemies.

Installation :
(USE OPENIV OR IT WILL NOT WORK!)
