I was testing to see how these would look, and then I got them to work, I tried to make it look like Luis had the sweatshirt under a sleeveless jacket,
They came out pretty well I think, I did the 3 modo sweatshirts that Niko can buy from modo.

Textures are by R* so thank them aswell

Install instructions:
1) Back up your FILES!!
2) In SparkIV open C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\EFLC\pc\models\cdimages\playerped.rpf and then open uppr_diff_000_a_uni.wtd
3) replace the texture in there with one of the 3 provided in my zip file... Please note that the file names of the pngs does not matter.
4) Enjoy your new clothes for Luis and don't rip me off...
