The PPSH (shpagin) 41, used by the soviet army in world war 2. I've also added a soundfile and weaponinfo instruction, to increase the speed and clipsize in order to make it more like a real ppsh.

Once again a weapon converted from the 20thcenturyweapons mod from falllout 3 (made by einharjar)
