dlcpacks > 747400 > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf > 744.ytd
Installation:
add/Replace "744_sign_x.png" in "744.ytd" with open IV
note: change XXX to your list of livery (ex. 744_sign_1) up to you
