First open the Open iv
go to : mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace "pony.yft" "pony.ytd" "pony_hi.yft" "pony+hi.ytd"


installation of the "handling.meta" :

go to mods/update/x64/update.rpf/common/data and add the handling.meta


installation of the "vehicles.meta" :

go to mods/update/x64/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 and add the vehicles.meta
