C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf\

to install the mod you have to open OPENIV and replace jester2.ytd in the directory:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf\
