Instalation:

1. Open up OpenIV

2. Navigate to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday2ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

3. Enable EditMode (BCKUP NOW IF WANTED)

4. Drag the two files from the archive into OpenIV

5. Enjoy
