Installation
1. Open OpenIV
2. Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpluxe\dlc.rpf\common\data
3. Extract handling.meta from this zip to a folder and make sure to have a backup.
4. Make sure to enable edit mode.
5. Right click on handling.meta and replace it with my handling.
