This is an update to my previous mod: "Realistic Speed, Damage & Handling v3.0 + Enhanced Vehicular Upgrades v1.01" with a name change and loads of other changes!!!

UPDATE LOG:
V1.01- Some minor changes to a few vehicles. Mainly 4x4, and damage adjustments.

ALL vehicles have been edited (including DLC vehicles up to Update 10). Speed is very realistic, with top speeds equivalent to real life statistics.

Damage is far more realistic than default, with deformation set individually on each vehicle (for most realism), engine damage has been set to around default (on all vehicles except planes). Planes are a lot stronger now, they will deform more but not explode as much)

EPU = Enhanced Performance Upgrades:
This improves performance upgrades at Los Santos Customs (armor and engine) on all DLC vehicles and a few non-DLC.
Performance upgrades are now based on how large the engine bay is, and also how fast the car is already. Eg. the Zentorno is already very fast stock, so the performance upgrades don't improve it that much. Where as a car like Dukes isn't very fast stock, so the performance upgrade really has a big effect.
All DLC cars have improved performance upgrades. (cannot change non-DLC cars for now)
