Crown Court v4.1 MVL

Crown Court, car that's "definitely NOT a ripoff of a Ford Crown Victoria".

Seeing my previous MVL port from GTA3 back to Vice had a lot of bugs & material issues, figured this one deserved a more appropriate closure. I also took the liberty of adding "Convertible", "VCPD Police Cruiser", "Myriad Police Cruiser" and "ClassicTaxi Cab" configurations, sorted out all the extras & upscaled/replaced pretty much all the existing textures.

I also (finally?) addressed the ReadMe files, with all the instructions & credits where necessary. This one was really a fun project, mainly because it had a lot of potential (not to mention the rich history) but I'm afraid it's time to give it a rest and move on. If not anything else, it might hopefully serve as a reminder of (now lost & almost forgotten) large-scale project, "Myriad Islands" from the early 2000s.
