Difference of TC Version GTA Brazil 0.2.1018

- Fixed env values
- Shadow Adjusted
- Added missing glass in driver's dam door
- Remachined the channel 2 of the headlamp and glass
- Adjusted wheel size
- added function to appear the paintjob with vehfuncs
- Added hood bottom
- Adjusted player position

Installation:
Just copy the folder to modloader (already includes the line below)
