SpeedKore's Hellcat powered Charger as featured in Fast 9!!!
This is some old simple conversion hidden in my cloud drives, not really much into it :v If I do find the Charger Tantrum I'll give it the finishing touch and share it as well

installation :
- install modloader https://www.mixmods.com.br/2015/01/SA-Modloader.html
- create folder inside modloader folder (#:\Grand Theft Auto - San Andreas\modloader) name it with: Hellacious
- paste virgo.dff, virgo.txd and data.txt inside it
- install ImVehFt to your gta sa instalation folder (where the game exe is located)
- install VehFuncs to your gta sa instalation folder (where the game exe is located)
