More Rendering Colors Gangs for Mobile

This is a mod added different colors than Original mod for all gangs on the map and can be conquered

Note: I'm not the original owner just modified some colors on the original template with adding it to gang 9 and 10, The mod only works on AML apk 2.00 minimum release
